1. Permitted use

Ubahin is free to use for converting video and audio files that you have the right to use: your own, openly licensed, or used with the owner's permission. You are responsible for the files you process and for how you use the results.

2. What is not allowed

Using Ubahin to infringe copyright or anyone else's rights.
Trying to process content from platforms that prohibit downloading with third-party tools. Links from those platforms are deliberately not supported.
Disrupting or abusing the service, including attacking it or overloading its servers.

3. No warranty

Ubahin is provided as is. Conversion runs on your device, so results, speed and memory availability depend on your device and browser. We do not guarantee error-free results or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep a copy of your original files.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of Ubahin, including data loss or rights violations by the files you process.

5. Content complaints

Ubahin does not store or publish users' files. If you believe the service is being misused, contact jasaweb@ramahrinaldi.id with a clear explanation.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
